    We start with a discovery call to understand your company, your team, the regulatory requirements, integration needs, issues, and product goals.
    We are happy to sign an NDA if you would like us to.

    (by the way - if we are not a good fit - we will say so and recommend somebody else.)

  • Step 2

    Services Agreement

    We will send over our services agreement for your review, and will action any comments / feedback / specific requirements.

  • Step 3

    Kickoff & go

    We will book a kickoff call with you and the team, and start working together. You should expect regular updates and demos, full transparency, co-working in the same Slack workspace, and London-based in-person workshops if and when needed.

We limit our expertise to the software side of the medical device industry. So, we can help you integrate with a medical device and build a software product (app, web, IOT) around it, but we do not handle the manufacturing of medical devices. That being said, we have an incredible network at the heart of London's healthtech startups hub, so we can help you connect with the right people.

We can either help you find a technical co-founder (with relevant experience in the industry), or we can help you ourselves on a fractional CTO-basis. Of course, we will first need to confirm that we have a CTO readily-available with the right expertise for your company. Once confirmed, we will make an introduction, and, if both sides are happy, we will get to work together.
